We process this data exclusively to handle your enquiry and for the event of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry relates to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Healthcare professionals (e.g. physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, medical device dealers) can subscribe on our knowledge pages to a newsletter about new specialist articles. We process your email address, your language and your confirmation that you are a healthcare professional solely to send this newsletter.

To evidence your consent, our email service provider logs the time of sign-up and confirmation and the IP address used.
The newsletter is sent via Brevo, a service of Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Brevo. More information: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy
